Do I need to be present to sign for my delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that all alcohol deliveries be signed for by an adult who is at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier at the time of delivery.
Where can you ship your products?
We ship to most states within the U.S. where local laws permit the direct shipment of alcohol. However, some states have restrictions on shipping spirits or wine. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see if we can ship to your location.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or leaked during transit, please take photos immediately and contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for the damaged goods.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to cancel it. Please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible for cancellation requests.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard processing takes 1-3 business days. Once shipped, transit times vary by destination but typically range from 2-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For your security, the billing address must match the address on file with your credit card issuer.
