At Remedy Liquor, we strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition; however, due to state regulations, returns on alcoholic beverages are only accepted for spoiled, corked, or damaged merchandise. Please inspect your delivery immediately and contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt to initiate a claim.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product to begin the authorization process.
- 2.Approval Review
Our specialists will review your claim to ensure it meets regulatory compliance and will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the items in their original shipping container, ensuring the bottles are cushioned to prevent further breakage during transit.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping fees.
